The Main Window appears first when you open the Constraints Editor. The main window contains the menu bar, toolbar, and status bar (see the “Menu Commands” chapter). Also included on the main window is an area for displaying editable and read-only constraints. Three tabs for opening the Global, Ports, and Advanced tab windows appear after you open an NGD file.
