• Global Buffer defines the type of Clock Distribution network - Use BUFG for most applications(default)

• Resistance specifies use of pullup or pulldown resistor on unused pads

  • Reduces power consumption and noise

• Use IO Reg allows use of sequential elements within IO Blocks to minimize Input or Output delay (default)

  • Dependent on device type
